The license

When you buy Skillly you get a license to use the app on one Mac. It is yours for good: there is no subscription and no renewal. If you buy more than one, you can use Skillly on as many Macs as you bought.

Activation

• The first time you use a license on a Mac, that Mac needs an internet connection to activate it.
• After that the app checks the license about once every 30 days. Between checks it works offline.
• Deactivating a Mac in the app, or from your account page, frees its seat for another Mac.

Payment

Paddle is our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes your payment, issues the invoice and handles sales tax and VAT. Your purchase is a contract with Paddle for the license we grant; Paddle's own terms apply to the payment.

No warranty

Skillly is provided as it is, without any warranty. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or fit for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything related to Skillly is limited to the price you paid for the license.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
